35th Annual Dodge Award Dinner
The YMCA of Greater New York celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Dodge Award by honoring Diana L. Taylor, Managing Director of Wolfensohn & Company on June 10th, 2009 at Cipriani 42nd Street.
Ms. Taylor was presented with the award from New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Event Chairs were NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly; his wife Veronica Kelly; Abigail Disney of the Daphne Foundation; and Seth Waugh, CEO of Deutsche Bank Americas.
Bebe Neuwirth, star of stage and screen, served as the Mistress of Ceremonies; and there were special performances by Broadway star Darlene Love, as well as from the YMCA’s own youth performer, Akiya Henry.
Over $1,000,000 was raised to support the YMCA’s many youth programs, and the Teen Dodge Dinner Committee, consisting of 4 YMCA teens, helped LW Events to plan this extraordinary event.
